If there isn't much flavor that may mean the batch is fresh and the flavor hasn't "set in". Try steeping it and let the juice sit in a drawer for a few days to a week and the flavor may change.

When I first tried this, my initial impression was: whoa, this is freaky. It's definitely not a flavor I've ever tasted before, or that I can really put a name to...but somehow it ended up becoming my absolute favorite! It's sweet, but not headache inducing, highly recommend.
