Fraud Fraud refers to all fraudulent transactions, unauthorized transactions, and unauthorized access. All fraudulent activity is subject to criminal prosecution. We report Fraud and fraudulent activity to the respective banks, local police department and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). We are a small family owned and operated business. Multiple Product Orders For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for all products at time of purchase. Out-of-Stock Products and Substitutions On occasion one or more items in your order could be out of stock. In some cases we will just replace the item with a similar or better item and note it in your order. For some cases (larger orders, or higher ticket items) we will initiate contact with the buyer to decide upon changes to the order. This does include E-Juice. If you have ordered E-Juice and we are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to send you an equal or larger size of a similar flavor in the same nicotine level. These kinds of issues are very rare. In order to get all of your orders out quicker we have decided to substitute or replace rather than cause delays. If you would prefer to NOT have any substitutions in your order please let us know in the order comments.  Otherwise, we will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered.Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Cancellations, Returns, Warranty and Exchanges Our Policy - Effective 01/01/2013 Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

  • EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGINAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO VAPES.COM (EQUTE LLC).
  • THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
  • PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.

For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us via our email address (help@vapes.com) to help find a solution. Products that are functional, not sold by Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC), determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange. Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC) are not eligible for exchange. Use our email (help@vapes.com) to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota before one arbitrator of our choosing. The arbitration shall be administered by VAPES/EQUTE LLC pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures [and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules] [or pursuant to VAPES/EQUTE LLC Arbitration Rules and Procedures]. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. E-Liquid Disclaimer and Policy Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final. Vaping is new and limited research is available. There may be possible health risks with vaping, e-liquids and flavors. Vape at your own risk. Fulfillment Errors Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC) resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request through our email address (help@vapes.com). Disposable E-Cigarettes Disposable e-cigarette kits are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA and an email (help@vapes.com) is submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible. Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. Shipping Policy Most orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill while orders with e-juice can take 2-4 to fulfill. This is because our e-juice is made fresh to order and not stockpiled. We appreciate your patience. This is provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. In addition there may be 2-7 days in additional time for USPS to deliver your items. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC) or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received. Customs, Duties, VAT Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC) and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them. We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations. We are not responsible if customs holds or detains or otherwise loses your package. Please check any and all local laws regarding electronic vaporizers, nicotine juices and other items before placing your order. If your order is returned to us for any reason we will reship it free of charge if the shipping problem was our in our fault. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vapes.com (EQUTE LLC) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
