I've had mine for a while now. I love it. Yes you have to just figure it out when you get it. An it needs to be cleaned due small holes. The battery lasts along time. The battery part also fits for other devices which is awesome.

Not the greatest wish I wouldn’t have bought it
This isn’t a piece that an everyday smoker would like. I looked up all review and they said this pen was awesome. It was very difficult to use and just a waste of time/money. Im starting to think the reviews were all set up by the people from this pen brand lol.
