As a somewhat active member of the vaping community, I am often asked for my views on vaping vitamins. From vitamin-enhanced e-liquids to holistic vitamin supplements manufactured in liquid form so as to be easily used with a vaping device, I simply don’t get it. Is vaping vitamins really a thing?
I take vitamins. And I also vape. But I never considered doing both at the same time. Am I missing something here? Is swallowing a vitamin tablet first thing in the morning really all that challenging? Or does vaping your vitamins provide some secret boost of untapped, hidden superpowers of which I am totally unaware?
Is vaping vitamins just a fad?
I am always reading articles and social media posts about people vaping everything from booze to coffee, weed, CDB oil, and even methamphetamines. It seems that people these days are vaping everything under the sun except for their shoes. Isn’t this part of the problem as to why the vaping community is always under attack by Puritanical Bureaucrats of the Nanny State?
On the other hand, I do happen to see many tremendous health benefits to vaping prescription and over-the-counter medications. Using aspirin as an example, vaping would allow the medication to get into the bloodstream almost instantly, which theoretically makes for significantly faster pain relief. Vaping of other medications under the instructions of a professional medical care provider seems to make a great deal of sense, too.
But vaping vitamins confuses me. I see no immediate benefit to vaping them. Perhaps if you need a shot of B12 to give you that extra jolt of energy before hitting the gym or to prepare you for a long night of studying before a final exam, then vaping vitamins might hold some intrinsic value. Still, I am torn. What are the true benefits of vaping your vitamins? I’d love to hear from real vapers.
